Become a Faculty Instructor!
We're excited to announce that because we are growing rapidly in cities all across the country, there are new opportunities to join our team. We are looking for passionate, committed, and experienced fitness professionals in various cities to become NCEP Faculty Instructors and teach our popular 2-day Standard Certification course.
There are many benefits to becoming a Faculty Instructor as part of our growing fitness company. Instructors will be authorized to teach the 2-day Standard Certification course, and make a difference in the educaton of beginning personal trainers. Instructors receive commission on each class, and have infinite possibilities for both monetary and personal career growth -- while we plan/coordinate each class, instructors also have the ability to organize classes as well and utilize their expertise in creative ways in his/her relevant city/area. New Faculty Instructors will be trained by current Faculty, and be guided and advised, as well as have access to study guides and other curricula to help. At the same time, Faculty Instructors will have the freedom to incorporate their own teaching styles and expertise in each course.
- B.A./B.S or satisfactory degree (exercise-related degree preferred, but not required); AND/OR equivalent knowledge/fitness background
- Experience in the fitness industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed yourself to living a holistic, healthy lifestyle
- Passion for health/fitness, and helping others -- a belief in our "Teach It Forward" philosophy
And that's it! Hours and opportunities depend on each individual, as each Faculty Instructor teaches courses applicable to his/her schedule -- as much or as little as preferred and/or possible. (NOTE: All Faculty Instructors will eventually have to attend at least one NCEP Standard Certification class, and pass our exam with a score of 90% or higher.)
